Psychotherapy

OVERVIEW

Psychotherapy offers a way of looking at and dealing with life’s challenges so that coping feels possible and personal or relationship growth can occur. In therapy people have the opportunity to explore feelings, thoughts and conflicts that may contribute to their difficulties, and in this way creates the space to make new choices and develop more satisfying solutions to problems. Many people find that working with a therapist can help them to lead fuller, richer lives, deal with challenging circumstances, improve relationships and family dynamics, and strengthen their sense of self.
